The most successful case study solutions I’ve seen came from my experience as a case study writer, which can be the same for others. Since I’ve written more than two thousand cases studies on topics ranging from patent law to commercial real estate, it’s a good place to start if you’re new to this.
You must understand the essay’s structure and know how to construct a logical sequence. If you can’t follow a logical structure, you can’t write an effective case study analysis paper. For example, I had a student who wanted to write a thesis paper on the need for strategic management, and she didn’t have any understanding of the case studies or their structures.
All the case studies in her college course used the structured case studies in strategic management, so she knew how to do a case study analysis from my examples. However, she lacked the understanding of the techniques, and she was having trouble seeing how she could structure a logical case study solution.
Fortunately, I had a working strategy to use with every structured case study, and I’d use it every time to help her break down the study’s structure. Even though the cases were structured, the key was to write each one logically, using specific points of reference, rather than just pulling ideas out of the case study. If you had to do that, it would defeat the purpose of the exercise.
She also needed to know how to add material to a study to keep it interesting, since that was something I’d taught in strategic management too. Additionally, the students, and I included, we’re constantly adding new material to our courses. So I had a systematic approach that we applied all the time.
For example, the summer before she wrote her thesis on strategic management, she used the case study solution “Why Do Students Cheat?” as part of her assignment. During the semester, when she found that she had a major issue with plagiarism, she just replaced “cheated” with “plagiarized” in the proposed solution.
That made the case study solutions incredibly easy, and it also served to make the work much more interesting. All of the students had either found material to add to their solution or had to add some specific information to the solution, which gave them a sense of ownership over the project. The sense of ownership is also important, as it encourages students to learn more from the project, which is what the assignment was supposed to accomplish.
Just writing the solutions on the case study solutions wasn’t enough. You also had to be able to analyze them, and that’s where the key to the success of this course as a whole was.
She was also able to modify the case study solutions as she had other questions about her coursework. For example, if she found that some case studies weren’t really necessary, she simply replaced them with other cases, which was one of the key features of my case study solutions.
It was not only easy to create and analyze the case study solutions, but also to compare the answers of the students in the class to those in the same case study solutions as their students. This was one of the key advantages of the strategic management and the case study solutions.
The students were expected to find the problem of the study, but they were not expected to solve it, and they were not expected to analyze the analysis. This made the analytical process fun and easy, because the students were allowed to implement the solution themselves without being bound by the parameters of the solutions, and they were allowed to see how the answers compared with the students’ answers.
