Case Study Variance Analysis

Case Study Variance Analysis is the process of determining the causes of a problem. In case study solutions you are required to determine if there is a solution to the problem or if it is something that cannot be fixed and needs to be changed to accommodate future trends. The six steps involved in this type of analysis are, using the cases, increasing the case count, finding causes, creating solutions, testing the solution and presenting results.

The case study solution works by a consultant analyzing the impact of changes to existing systems in order to determine if there is a better solution to be found. These solutions are not always successful and must be carefully analyzed for the impact of any failures that may occur as a result of the changes.

For example, if the current support engineering consultant cannot get a five-year or six-year trend, then it may be necessary to write an additional report that includes the new methodology for calculating the trend. This will be done on a project by project basis, to ensure that the solution is considered by the customer and that any improvements that can be made are documented.

In addition to case study solutions there are a number of strategies that can be used for dealing with similar problems in the future. A major factor that can help with this is a firm that is designed specifically for solving this problem. The results from this type of research can be used to show that the analyst can understand the problem and adjust the variable, either on the web or off, based on various variables. Since the research is completely different from a standard case study solution, it is often also referred to as a novel case study solution.
